César Manuel Oliveira Ferreira holds a PhD in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Minho. He also holds the Specialist Title in Management – Organisational Management, awarded by the University of Aveiro under Decree-Law No. 206/2009, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Administration from the Polytechnic Institute of Porto.
He has completed postgraduate studies in Financial Market Analysis at the International Monetary Fund, Online Tutoring at the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, Educational Performance Improvement at the Portuguese Catholic University / Fundação Manuel Leão, and Finance at Universidade Portucalense. He also completed the Advanced Course in Public Management (CAGEP).
He is currently an Invited Assistant Professor at Universidade Lusófona (Porto) and serves as Northern Regional Delegate of the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP).
He has co-supervised several Master's dissertations and supervised numerous undergraduate final projects. Throughout his professional career, he has received two professional distinctions, one recognising his work as a lecturer and another for his role as Northern Regional Delegate of the IEFP.
His main areas of work include finance, business management, and public management.
