César Ferreira holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Strategy, completed on 2024, at the University of Minho. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management in 1996 from Universidade Portucalense Infante Dom Henrique and an Associate's degree in Accounting and Administration in 1993 from the Polytechnic Institute of Porto. Additionally, he obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Financial Market Analysis on December 30, 2020, from the International Monetary Fund and a Postgraduate Certificate in Formación de Tutores de Nivelación Especializados en Modalidad en Línea on July 5, 2020, from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja.
He is an Adjunct Lecturer at Universidade Lusófona do Porto and the IEFP Regional Director for the North of Portugal at the Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional. He has organized two events, co-supervised one master’s thesis, and supervised two undergraduate final projects. He has received one award or honor. His academic and professional activities are primarily in the fields of Social Sciences, with a focus on Economics and Business Management, particularly in Organization and Business Management, as well as Political Sciences, with a focus on Public Administration.
