Master in Aeronautical Management (ULHT), Post-Graduate in Public Policy (ISCSP), Degree in Public Management and Administration (ISCSP). She is a professor in Higher Education in the area of Management and Green Aviation. She has 20 years of experience in the business field in coordinating roles. Throughout her professional experience, she has collaborated in research projects since 2013. At the research level, she has developed research in the area of Human Resources and Leadership, where she developed her Master's thesis.
Areas of interest are management, innovation and sustainability.
