Eliana Cristina Agostinho Mendes is currently pursuing a PhD in Management at Universidade Europeia. She holds a Master's degree in Aeronautical Management (2020) from Universidade Lusófona, with a specialisation in Airport Infrastructure, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Management and Administration from the Institute of Social and Political Sciences, University of Lisbon (ISCSP). She also completed postgraduate studies in Public Management and Policies.
She is an Assistant at the School of Economic and Organizational Sciences, Universidade Lusófona, where she teaches in the fields of management and green aviation. She has over 20 years of professional experience in business coordination roles and has been involved in research projects since 2013.
Her scientific output includes peer-reviewed journal articles, and she has co-supervised Master's dissertations in the field of aeronautical management.
Her main research topics include leadership, communication, human resource management, employee satisfaction, aviation management, green aviation, innovation, sustainability, and airport management
