Gabriela Pedro Gomes is a researcher at INTREPID LAB – Research for Business and Society and at the FCESE – Faculty of Economic, Social and Business Sciences of Lusófona University. She holds a PhD in Business Management from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra.
Her research focuses on Sustainable Human Resource Management (Sustainable HRM), with particular emphasis on Green HRM, employee behaviour, organisational sustainability, employee performance and workplace spirituality. Her work also explores the relationship between sustainable management practices and employees' attitudes and behaviours, including green behaviour, organisational commitment, well-being and turnover intentions.
