Helena Pimentel holds a PhD in Tourism from the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning, University of Lisbon, as well as a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Psychology from the Higher Institute of Applied Psychology.
She has been a University Lecturer at Universidade Lusófona – University Centre of Lisbon since 2010 and at Business School since 2018, teaching in the areas of People Management, Tourism, Organisational Psychosociology, Organisational Behaviour, and Ethics.
Her main research topics include tourism, people management, organisational behaviour, organisational psychosociology, ethics, and human resource management.
