PhD in Economics from the University of Beira Interior (UBI), Portugal, in 2024, with a degree in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (2014) and a master's degree in Accounting Sciences with an emphasis on Finance from FUCAPE (2019). In 2024, I have completed his doctorate developing research on economic growth, energy consumption, economic relations between countries and the impact of corruption, under the guidance of Professors Vítor Moutinho and Óscar Afonso. I have acquired teaching experience in both national and international institutions, and I am interested in continuing to contribute to higher education and academic development. In the area of research I am interested in macroeconomics, institutional economics, international economics, consumption of renewable and non-renewable energies and quantitative methods. Among the publications, I have articles in several journals, with emphasis on the Journal of Poverty, Journal of the Knowledge Economy, SocioEconomic Planning Sciences, Energy Reports, Energies, Economic Theory and Evidence and Environmental Science and Pollution Research.
