Lara Santos completed her Ph.D. in Marketing and Strategy in 2019 from the University of Aveiro, the University of Beira Interior, and the University of Minho. She is an Assistant Professor and Coordinator of the Degree in Commercial Management at the Faculty of Economic, Social and Business Sciences of Lusófona University. Published 10 articles in specialized journals and has 10 book chapters. Supervised three undergraduate course completion works and co-supervised two. Works in the areas of Social Sciences with an emphasis on Economics and Management. In her Ciência Vitae curriculum, the most frequent terms in scientific production are Visitors; Motivations; Natural parks; Ecotourism; Protected Areas; Food tourism; Crisis management, and NPOs. She developed her research activity at the Intrepid Lab, which was recently integrated as a hub of CETRAD - Center for Transdisciplinary Studies for Development.
