Luís Filipe Gomes da Cunha is Assistant Professor at Universidade Lusófona and a researcher at INTREPID Lab – Research for Business and Society. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade de Lisboa, and has further academic training in Management, including an MBA in Business Management and postgraduate studies in the field of Business Management.
His academic and research activity combines technological and organizational perspectives, exploring the relationship between information systems, digital technologies and management practices. His research focuses on Information Systems, Digital Technologies, Human Resource Management and Organizational Management, with particular interest in virtual teams, technology-mediated communication and the role of digital solutions in organizational contexts.
Luís Filipe Gomes da Cunha has contributed to scientific publications addressing topics such as virtual teams, human resources technologies and organizational challenges in changing work environments. His research reflects an interdisciplinary approach connecting technology, management and society, with a focus on how digital transformation influences organizations and their processes.
