Lígia Nascimento holds a Ph.D. in Management from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, as well as master's and bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Universidade de Lisboa. Assistant Professor at ISMAT - Instituto Superior Manuel Teixeira Gomes, Invited Assistant Professor at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, and Invited Assistant Professor at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa. She is a researcher at COMEGI - Centro de Investigação em Organizações, Mercados e Gestão Industrial, and TRIE - Transdisciplinary Research Center of Innovation & Entrepreneurship Ecosystems. She brings over 30 years of organizational experience as a Human Resources Director and Consultant, having worked with national and international companies across various industries including information and communication technologies, food and beverage, automotive, engineering consultancy, and human resources consultancy. Full member of the Portuguese Psychologists' Association (OPP - Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses).
