Paula Figueiredo is a professor and researcher with a PhD in Management, a Master’s in Human Resources Management, awarded Honorable Mention in the National Prize for Best Master's Thesis in HRM and Organizational Behavior, and a degree in Economics with a specialization in Human Resources Economics. Currently enrolled in a Postdoctoral Program at the School of Communication and Media Studies, Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon. She is an Assistant Professor at Universidade Lusófona and Guest Lecturer at several higher education institutions, including ISLA Gaia, ISG, and Coimbra Business School. With over 20 years of experience in business management and consultancy, her research focuses on Human Resource Development, particularly Leadership Development. She has published in scientific journals and conferences and edited books on topics such as Artificial Intelligence in Management, Employee Experience, Organizational Resilience, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity. She has been actively involved in several international ERASMUS+ projects in financial literacy, health, and well-being, including coordination of initiatives such as Finances 4Youth, Youth 2 Health Literacy and No Burnout 4Allgees.
