Dr. Roba Elbawab holds a PhD in Management from ISCTE Business School, specializing in organizational behavior and human resources management. Also, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA. She has been a researcher and assistant professor in human resources management and management of organizations for several years. Her main research interests are human resources practices, organizational performance, and learning.
