Roba Rabie Khalil Ibrahim Elbawab is Assistant Professor at Universidade Lusófona, School of Economic and Organizational Sciences (ECEO) and a researcher at INTREPID Lab – Research for Business and Society. She holds a PhD in Management from ISCTE Business School, with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA.
Her academic background combines Management, Human Resources and Organizational Studies, with research interests focused on understanding how organisational practices influence performance, learning and development. Her research focuses on Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour and Organizational Learning, with particular interest in human resource practices, organisational performance, sustainable performance and learning processes within organisations.
Roba Rabie Khalil Ibrahim Elbawab has contributed to scientific research through publications addressing organisational learning, performance and management challenges in higher education and organisational contexts. Her work explores how organisations can develop capabilities, improve performance and adapt to changing environments through effective management practices.
