Programme: Horizon CL2
Key Team Members from Lusofona University: Mafalda Patuleia, Intrepid Lab and
Tania Gaspar, Hei-LAB
Consortium: A diverse, dynamic and multifaceted consortium of eight partners from six countries
Duration: 3.5-years
Objectives: FUTOURWORK will develop a well-being index that can be used by the T&H sector to assess the well-being of its employees. It will also support the creation of an observatory to integrate the information produced, with the aim of implementing a dialogue platform for workers, employers and policymakers. It will also make it possible to assess the influence of employers' and employees' organisations in the sector, identify digital transformation, innovation and its impact on T&H workers, as well as its impact on particularly vulnerable groups. It incorporates co-creation and collaborative methods to promote multi-stakeholder dialogue and will disseminate results that drive policy and practice in this field.
Impact: The project will have a transformative impact on workers in the tourism and hospitality sector, promoting a more inclusive, equitable and effective social dialogue by analysing the various realities of work in the sector, both at EU and national level.
