Objectives: This project aims to conduct an in-depth study on the management and well-being of tourism and hospitality professionals and their organizations, while fostering communication and dialogue among organizations, professionals, and other relevant stakeholders. The initiative also seeks to create a platform for dialogue between the various stakeholders in the tourism and hospitality sector, to map the national landscape in terms of intervention needs, the design and structuring of programs, and their evaluation. The Observatory intends to put forward innovative policy proposals that impact the management, recognition, well-being, and healthy, sustainable development of professionals and organizations in the tourism and hospitality sector, maintaining a continuous connection with society.
