Teresa Candeias is an assistant professor at Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário do Porto and coordinator of the Bachelor's degree in Management. Currently, she is conducting research activities at the Intrepid Lab, which is a branch of CETRAD - Center for Transdisciplinary Studies for Development. She previously served as a member of the Portuguese Parliament. She was a manager and consultant. She holds a PhD in Business Management from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, Portugal; a master's degree in Finance from Portucalense University, Porto, Portugal; and a bachelor's degree in Business and Administration from Universidade Católica, Porto, Portugal.

Objectives: The project aims to develop and improve competences and skills in higher education students in the field the digital and green transition faced by the European economies, focusing on the sports domain. The project looks to develop a challenge- based approach that connects the education activities in participant HEIs with the needs and challenges of the stakeholders, fostering engagement, doing so in a multidisciplinary and multicultural way, strengthening the students’ knowledge and abilities
